PROJECT MANAGER CABINETRY
Project Manager custom designed high end custom cabinetry & timber doors; experience essential. North Shore, Auckland PERM. $110.pa neg + benefits.
REQUIRMENTS
- Experience and passion for the Cabinetmaking industry; primarily custom designed cabinetry, joinery, doors. Cabinetry background essential.
- Ability to liaise professionally with clients, builders, interior designers and architects and have contacts in that world.
- Responsible for taking briefs, presenting ideas, able to quote and secure sign offs, variations and good bookwork ( progress payments etc) site measure, marking up plans and effecting changes to those, bringing all parts of a job together to meet deadlines.
- Responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from start through to completion.
- Being able to deliver projects in full on time and in spec.
- Working closely with operations management to achieve deadlines and specific project objectives.
- Early recognition and resolution of issues.
- Good people skills.
- Good business awareness.
- Process optimisation.
