Start anytime in March 2022 with hand over from person currently in position.
Admin & Accounts – Pukekohe
Sole charge Admin and Accounts in Award Winning construction company office in Pukekohe.
Flexi hours start & finish hours and availability to work some of the time from home if necessary.
There will be an opportunity for a ‘hand over’ from person in the position currently.
The benefit of supportive staff and management available.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous experience in office administration / accounts / reports etc duties.
- Knowledge of office management systems, procedures & accounts.
- Produce reports.
- Manage diary and schedule meetings / appointments
- Discretion and confidentiality with good personal presentation
- Exceptional planning and organisation skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational and time management skills

Salary: $60k pa or $29/hr neg with skills & experience
