or listed below and authorise the information sought to be released by them to Appts for the purposes of ascertaining my suitability for the position for which I am applying. I understand the information received by Appts from Referees is supplied in confidence as evaluative material and will not be disclosed to me. I agree that this document and the information obtained therein by Appts from me can be disclosed to prospective employers and Clients of Appts. My documents presented to Appointments may be retained on file
and my data will also be entered and registered only into Appointments Recruitments data base, until such time I advise differently,
in writing or destroyed by Appointments. Modifications to my CV by Appointments is permitted.
I give Appointments the authority to check up with NZ Immigration to verify if I can legally work in NZ.
Expectation of commitment: I, the Candidate, registered with Appointments am aware and agree, that Appointments Clients information discussed and divulged to me is to remain confidential. Right of introduction: I understand and accept that for 6 months after any of my information is provided by Appointments to any of their clients, I am obliged to advise Appointments
if the client approaches me or communicates with me directly. Noted random Drug & Alcohol Testing is very likely.
