the industry. Having an impressive & significant number of key clients, with an extensive
database of qualified, experienced and suitably skilled candidates.
Saving clients valuable time & effort by a carefully refined selection process of appropriate candidates from our extensive database, plus continued and proactive marketing, advertising, selecting, filtering, focusing, sourcing and follow up.
Appointments guarantee permanent placements for 3 months & keep in contact with both
the clients and candidates during this time, replacing candidates if necessary as per our
Terms of Business. Our fees and terms of business structures are considered to be fair &
reasonable at 10% of the annual salary of the placement.
In the clients favour we do not include bonuses & overtime in our calculated fee structures and by prior negotiation, fee payments can be staggered. We also offer a Temp Finder’s Fee option for Temp / Casual employees; plus Temp on Hire options if a client requires this service. We will also assist with Job Offer Drafts and Employment Agreements.
Appointments go to extra lengths in matching candidates with client’s requirements & undertake solid in-depth interviews, reference checks & background research of prospective employees, covering all the important, necessary criteria; including sensitive areas, work visas, citizenship, residency, criminal convictions, driving licenses, drug & alcohol clearances, possible medical impediments.
