Top notch modern Sheetmetal Factories specialising in light fabrication services with some of the most outstanding state-of-the-art machinery equipment available within the industry are looking for FOUR Sheetmetal Workers to join their expanding teams, with a variety of work from day to day.

Due to current & projected workloads, these different companies are looking for FOUR very good, competent all-rounders with all the skills you’d expect from true Sheetmetal Workers / Fabricators., please apply!

 

We are looking for someone who has proven work history in the following points below:

• 3 years minimum Light Gauge Sheetmetal hands-on experience
• Specialise in Fabricating and assembling of sheetmetal products
• MIG, TIG & ARC welding stainless, mild steel and aluminium
• Able to read drawings – hand drawn or CAD plans
• Cutting, Folding & Finishing metal jobs
• Operated manual Press Brake & Guillotine
• Welding tickets an advantage

 

Qualities we are looking for:

• Good proven alround sheetmetal fabrication experience
• Work unsupervised, think for yourself on jobs while working to a high standard
• Calm mannered who can handle pressure on jobs when time limits are critical
• Reliable and dependable to turn up to the jobs
• Clean & current Full NZ Driver’s License, with ability to drive manual vehicles
• Prepared to take a drug test when required
• Clear understanding of Health and Safety
• You must be living in and have current eligibility to work in NZ

Job details:

• Offering competitive rates, remuneration will reflect your skills, qualifications & experience.
• 40hr/week plus Overtime
