EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Commercial & Residential Cabinetry & Joinery Industry

A company that’s been in the industry with over 25 years, who manufacture and install designer commercial / high end residential cabinetry for a broad range of customers, looking for an Executive Assistant to the GM, to join their expanding team.

The primary purpose of this position is to provide high quality, confidential, executive secretarial and administrative support and administrative services to the General Manager, which is essential to the company’s successful day to day operations. Ultimately you will be someone who is driven to go above and beyond in everything you do! This position is based just north of Wellsford.

If you’re the kind of person who thrives on ticking off your ‘to do’ list and happy to take on a range of tasks, including, but not limited to:

  • Miscellaneous Admin tasks
  • Receiving invoices/purchase orders
  • Sending purchase orders
  • Dispatch of production emails
  • Management / Team meetings
  • Operational support / Reporting

  • Intermediate to advanced skills in a range of IT applications, including Microsoft Office

  • The ability to anticipate needs and self-manage your workload
  • Effective reporting and contribution at management level
  • A team player with a willingness to assist and support others as required
  • Presentable and professional in person, email and on the phone
