CNC PRESS BRAKE / TURRET OPERATORS

 

A West Auckland Sheetmetal company specialising in precision sheetmetal, offering world class design, engineering, manufacture and assembly services, are looking for an experienced CNC Press Brake Setter / Turret Operators, to join their ever-expanding day & afternoon shifts. 3 Jobs available.

 

Summary of job – CNC Press Brake / Turret Punch Machine Setting / Operating / Folding with some basic programming, bending mild and stainless steel. Training given on Turret Punch if required.

 

Main Responsibilities – Production

  • Experience setting/operating CNC Press Brakes and/or Turret Punch
  • Previous experience operating Amada CNC Press Brakes advantageous
  • Folding of various types of sheetmetal such as Mild & Stainless Steel
  • Capable of reading & working with Drawings
  • Good communication ability is required
  • Healthy and Safety awareness very important
  • Ensuring attention to detail so tasks are completed right first time
  • Be currently living in and have the right to work in NZ (including NZ Work Visa)

 

Job Details:

Type:             Permanent Fulltime Position

Wage:             $32-$38/hr neg on shift with skills & experience

Location:        West Auckland, NZ

Overtime:       Overtime (1½)

Shifts:             Day & Afternoon Shifts 40 hrs/w min – Mon to Fri

Start:              ASAP
