CNC PRESS BRAKE & CNC LASER OPERATORS

 

A top-notch modern Waikato Sheetmetal Engineering Factory specialising in light fabrication services with some of the most outstanding state-of-the-art machinery equipment available within the industry are looking for CNC Press Brake & CNC Laser Operators, to join their expanding team.

Daily duties:

  • Setting, adjustment & operation of CNC Press Brake / CNC Laser machines
  • Work from drawings providing input for design / manufacturing improvements
  • Identify & recommend improvements to reduce machining time
  • Measure, cut and press pattern development
  • Program units to accomplish jobs to deadlines
  • Maintain accuracy and product quality standards
  • Ensuring machines and immediate work areas are up to 5S standards
  • Fault finding and performing operational maintenance on machines
  • Strong adherence to Health and Safety practices

 

Experience we are looking for:

  • Hands-on experience operating either CNC Press Brake / CNC Laser
  • Quality orientated with high attention to details
  • Able to prioritise your tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Flexibility to work across a range of machine operations
  • Strong communication skills and being an effective team player
  • Integrity and professional standards, taking pride in your work
  • Clean NZ Driver’s license
  • Currently living in and have the right to work in NZ (including NZ Work Visa)

 

Type          Full time permanent positions

Wage         Competitive $ rate neg with skills & experience
