OFFICE ADMINISTRATION Accounts. Reports. Sole charge. Perm role. Pukekohe. Flexi hours. Ability to work from home & office. $60k pa or $29/hr neg. Start anytime in March 2022 with hand over from person currently in position.

Admin & Accounts – Pukekohe

Sole charge Admin and Accounts in Award Winning construction company office in Pukekohe.

Flexi hours start & finish hours and availability to work some of the time from home if necessary.

There will be an opportunity for a ‘hand over’ from person in the position currently.

The benefit of supportive staff and management available.

 

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Previous experience in office administration / accounts / reports etc duties.
  • Knowledge of office management systems, procedures & accounts.
  • Produce reports.
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings / appointments
  • Discretion and confidentiality with good personal presentation
  • Exceptional planning and organisation skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational and time management skills

Type:              Permanent Position (choice of Part or Full Time)

Salary:            $60k pa or $29/hr neg with skills & experience

Based:            Pukekohe, NZ

Start:              anytime in March 2022 with hand over from person leaving
