Production Supervisor
Established Cabinetmaking / Joinery factory in East Tamaki, Auckland are looking to employ an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee the teams working the CNC, Nesting, Lathe machinery including Homag BHX, Biesse, Weeke, Bass, Edge Banders, Beam Saws, etc.
Main responsibilities are to manage the CNC production and oversee the CNC team.
What you will need:
- Proven experience supervising teams.
- Experience in CNC machining and able to lead by example in this area of production.
- Adherence to health and safety compliance and regulations in a safety critical environment
- Committed to playing an active role as part of a ‘Zero Harm Culture’
- Solid understanding of how to be part of an efficient and “well oiled” team, all working toward a common goal.
- Motivating attitude to encourage teams you manage
- Ability to report and liaise with management on a day to day basis
