Designer – Kitchens & Retail Sales

Design – Kitchens & Retail Sales for Kitchen manufacturing industry.

This position is showroom based, quoting kitchens, benchtops and selling basic kitchen appliances.

Training can be given with regards to quoting benchtops and their particular specifics.

CAD is required and the position is semi technical, and the retail side will be introduction of new brands the company has recently introduced.,

Confidence in dealing with customers, clients and colleagues is important and part of the job process.

Guidance and training will be given although you do need to have the fundamental qualifications.

Smart presentation is important at all times.

Fluent English speaking with the ability to put clients at ease and reassure them on how you can assist them to realistically achieve their designs in creating their perfect kitchens.

The company has a variety of long standing clients and customers requiring different levels of kitchen designs, including custom designed kitchens, flat pack kitchens, one offs and large projects both residential and commercial.

The company is well established with a long history of successful manufacturing kitchens in NZ, and has an appealing showroom and extensive back up of qualified Designers who will assist you in your role for best overall results.

Location:        Manukau, Auckland

Salary:            $60K pa neg.

Permanent full-time position
